The GLA is responsible for seasonal maintenance, snow removal, plowing, grading, and general upkeep of 19 miles of platted roads. Personal driveways are the responsibility of individual landowners.

Roads Committee is one of the most important committees for the community. The Road Committee meets to discuss road maintenance, snow plowing and dispatching, snow fencing, road improvements, long-term planning, safety, and more.

Road Policies for Review
The 2026 Board voted to revert the Road Policy from the 2025 Road Policy, back to the 2008 Road Policy, with the caveat that the 2008, 2025 and Proposed 2026 Road Policy would be sent out for 30-day landowner review. This decision was made because the 2025 Road Policy was never sent for landowner review or comment, and, although this is not a requirement per the Bylaws, the Board feels that it should be a priority since the Road Policy holds such weight for all landowners and GLA spending. This review period is now underway as of June 17, 2026. Please review the three Road Policies and provide comments, questions, concerns and / or preference to the Board via email or phone. We appreciate your feedback on this important GLA Policy.
