GLA Board of Director Bios
As a landowner and full-time resident since November of 2021, Zane is concerned with recent actions of current GLA leadership. If elected as a Director, it would be his intention to apply his problem solving, decision making, and communication skills to assist all landowners in gaining confidence that GLA leadership is A) acting in accordance with its fiduciary responsibilities, B) placing primary/arterial roadways at the forefront of all decision making and C) communicating with fellow Directors as well as landowners with integrity and respect.
Zane’s professional experience in the energy industry has required him to advise C-suite and Board level leaders on budgetary and risk based decision making for companies as small as $5MM in value and as large as $20BN. On a personal level he has served on a school board with a $750K annual budget. Zane, his wife (Kelly), and 11yr old son (Luka) see this opportunity as a path to building a more cohesive community, which sees GLA leadership as a body to be collaborated with rather than an adversary to be in conflict with or to be ignored.
Zane Curry - President
Lance is a retired Kansas State Trooper with 33 years of Law Enforcement Service. He is married to his wife of 42 years, Stacey. They have two children and five grandchildren. In 2019 they purchased land in North Glastonbury, and are now full-time Montana residents. In 2025 they built their forever home in North Glastonbury. They feel it is a blessing to live here in Montana and in this wonderful community. Lance is serving as a GLA Director in hopes to provide a common sense approach for our community Board
Lance Rushmeyer (NG) - Vice President
Alicia Roskind Dearing (SG) - Secretary
Alicia and her husband, James, moved to South Glastonbury in 2019 from North Carolina and Virginia. South Glastonbury is truly their dream home and property. She loves land snorkeling on her property, floating the Yellowstone, hanging with neighbors, and just getting out in nature in the most beautiful place in the world, Paradise Valley.
Alicia served for one two-year term in 2023 and 2024. She is committed to creating more transparent communication, modernized GLA Board systems, and fairness so that landowners feel they can actively engage in Board activities and decisions. Alicia wants to see both North Glastonbury and South Glastonbury grow as a community of neighbors, and friends. She has a strong background in business development and design. She has started from the ground up, operated and owned over 5 brick and mortar businesses and multiple online platforms, some in North Carolina and some in Montana. She looks forward to serving the Board again as a fair and balanced voice and really making lasting changes to the GLA governing documents that serve ALL landowners.
Scott Stomierowski (SG) - Director
Scott served as a GLA South Director for 2023 & 2024. He has 35 years of Mechanical Engineering work experience. He bought his SG parcel over 25 years ago and completed his retirement home there 4 years ago, where he expects to live full-time starting in 2026.
His primary focus as Director is to work with board and committee members to best and fairly serve the community. Unfortunately there are strong and persistent special interests within the GLA in the past, who have spent large amounts of landowner funds for the benefit of a very small number of landowners. Scott served his 2-year term working passionately with supportive directors and Road and Project committee members to prevent this from happening.
James Timmer (NG) - Director
James moved to North Glastonbury in 1985. He managed Snack Foods Co from 1977-1983. Managed food processing operations from 1983-1989, and has gone on to sales in food processing and packing equipment from 1989 to today. He also does real estate investment, management & maintenance from 2000 to current, and has held a real estate license from 2019 to current. He offers a wide-array of experience that he hopes to apply to his service as a Director, and to better understand the needs of the community, provide fiscal responsibility, pursue creative solutions to issues, and encourage consensus building.
Steve Anderson (SG) - Director
Steve Anderson visited Montana in 1970 and has been working to return ever since 2014. Steve and his wife have spent many years in the area and fell in love the locals. It has always felt like home. He is an HVAC technician with a local business.
Kevin and Debbie came to Montana in 2013 and have been full-time residents ever since. They love the fresh air, clear skies dominated by the Milky Way, mountains, rivers and all the exceptional beauty it offers. Montana being one of the largest states with the lowest population drew us as well - back to friendlier times when people took time to chat with each other and help each other.
She retired as a software engineer contractor working on fighter pilot training systems and military, real-time communications in 2018. She started off writing Assembly language programs on IBM punch cards, moving through the years into Fortran, C, C++ and finally Java programming.
She was recruited to the GLA Board at a time when participation was low and the GLA wasn't able to fill all six South Glastonbury board seats. It is very nice in 2026 to see a full, 12-member Board of Directors elected this year! She feels a real sense of community coming together and all of us growing in new friendships and communication with our
neighbors, as we work together to oversee our association from the bottom up.
