The GLA offers two convenient ways to pay your assessments, Project Review fees, and other GLA charges online. Sunwest Bank Secure Payment Portal or PayPal Secure Payment. PayPal Secure Payment is temporarily out of service. Please check back soon or pay with Sunwest Payment Portal. Thank you for your patience.

QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS FOR Q2-Q4 MUST INCLUDE $5 SERVICE CHARGE, AS NOTED ON YOUR ASSESSMENT LETTER.
Sunwest Bank Secure Payment Portal
Sunwest will create a free GLA account for you. You do not need to be a Sunwest customer or have a checking account with them. Sunwest offers payment reminders, accepts all major credit and debit cards, and accepts e-check payments from your current checking account. Sunwest charges much lower fees than PayPal. You will need to have your 3-digit GLA account number readily available. They will be included with the 2026 statements on the bottom tear-off tab. Or you may email us at info@montanagla.org and request your account number. You may submit or view payments, change card and e-check information, schedule payments, and receive email or text reminders via your free GLA account. Pay Assessments Via Postal Mail
Please mail a check to PO Box 312, Emigrant, MT 59027-0312. Make sure to include the full legal name associated with the parcel, the account number on your statement, and / or the legal designation with NG or SG included, i.e. NG 150.
