GLA Community Meeting @ Emigrant Hall

Join the GLA Board for an in-person community meeting at Emigrant Hall! This meeting is to give Board members and landowners an opportunity to come together as a community and give landowners the opportunity to get to know Board members and fellow landowners better. Landowners will also have the opportunity to ask questions of Board members and discuss Board and neighborhood matters. This is in place of an in-person Board meeting, and the Board plans to offer multiple community meetings throughout the year. This meeting is in-person only.

Rescheduled Special Meeting for Removal of Officers Douglas Gill, Timothy Brockett, Claudette Dirkers, and Joseph Bezotsky. This meeting was initiated by a landowner petition signed by more than 25% of landowners, the threshold required per the 2025 Restated Bylaws. The petition was presented to the 2025 GLA Board of Directors on December 18, 2025.

All listed Directors on the Petition for Removal are no longer serving on the 2026 GLA Board of Directors. This meeting has been canceled.
